This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using Inlito (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow it. We may update it from time to time.

Permitted use

You may use Inlito for your own personal, lawful reflection and enjoyment, in line with the Terms of Service.

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data or content from the Service by automated means, except as we expressly permit;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to derive its source code or underlying models, except to the extent the law does not allow this restriction;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our written permission;
  • use the Service, or its output, to train, develop, or improve any competing AI model, product, or dataset;
  • submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful, including through Ask the Astrologer;
  • submit another person's personal data (for example their birth details) unless you have the authority or consent to do so;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service attempts);
  • circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; or
  • present the Service's output to others as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action, including removing content, and suspending or terminating access, in line with the Terms of Service. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the authorities.
