Plain terms, clearly kept.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Inlito, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Inlito", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the Inlito application at app.inlito.ai, the Inlito website, and all related features and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Account"

The account you create to access the Service.

"Content"

Anything you submit through the Service, including questions to Ask the Astrologer and birth details.

"Readings"

The daily readings, insights, and interpretations the Service generates.

"Reports"

The longer generated documents — for example the 5YOU and Bloom Print reports.

"Subscription"

A recurring paid plan.

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Do not use the Service, or provide any information, if you are under 18.

You register with an email address, which you verify using a one-time six-digit code we send you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Account secure, and for all activity under your Account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at support@inlito.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

Inlito is a personal-insight product that reads your birth chart through five systems at once — Western Astrology, Human Design, Jyotish (Vedic astrology), Numerology, and BaZi — and explains it in plain language. Features include a daily Today reading, Ask the Astrologer, relationship lenses in My World, and Reports. Astronomical calculations are derived from established ephemeris data.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we may set or change usage limits.

Inlito is provided for personal interest, entertainment, and self-reflection. It offers perspectives to think with — not predictions, guarantees, diagnoses, or instructions. Astrology and related systems are not scientifically established methods, and we make no claim that Readings or Reports are accurate or predictive. See the Disclaimer for full details.

Readings, Reports, and responses — including responses in Ask the Astrologer — are produced by automated systems, including third-party artificial-intelligence services, applied to astrological and numerological models. They are AI-generated and are not written or individually reviewed by a human astrologer.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge and agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices; changes apply to future purchases and to renewals after reasonable notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until cancelled, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period. You authorise these recurring charges.
• One-time purchases (such as individual Reports) are charged once at checkout.
• You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us.

Cancelling a subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@inlito.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

Digital content delivered immediately — EU/UK right of withdrawal. Reports and Readings are digital content supplied on demand. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, by starting delivery you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or generation has begun (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m), and equivalent UK law). We capture this consent at checkout.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it.

Where the Service allows you to buy a Report or plan as a gift, the buyer is responsible for payment and for having the right to provide any birth details entered for the recipient. Gifts are subject to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you must not:

• misuse the Service or infringe others' rights;
• scrape or extract data by automated means, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service, or use its output to train or build a competing model or dataset;
• submit unlawful or harmful content, or another person's personal data without authority.

You keep the rights you already have in Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and use that Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide your Readings, Reports, and responses. You are responsible for your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and the structure and templates of Readings and Reports — is owned by Inlito or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service and the output generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without permission.

The Service relies on third parties — for example Stripe for payments and the providers named in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or any reliance on its output.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $50 (or local equivalent).

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer-protection rights. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You agree to indemnify and hold Inlito harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right — to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop at any time and delete your Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

On termination, the licences granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — survive. We handle your personal data after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give reasonable notice — for example by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and rely on any mandatory consumer protections of your home country that cannot be waived by agreement.

Please contact us first at support@inlito.ai so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms — together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy — are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be given through the Service or by email; notices to us go to support@inlito.ai.
